Morning: another solid workout for me. Warm-up drills and form mile, then warmed up to bicentennial for 10x1k, 90sec rest, goal range 3:05-3:20. The grass was tall and wet so that was interesting. Did strides then got started. Hit 3:18, 3:14, 3:15, 3:13, 3:12, 3:14, 3:20, 3:17, 3:17, 3:17. Great coinsistent splits! Was with the pack til the 7th rep, then I fell off and grinded with koy and jiree. Huge workout, low rest, felt great. Cooled down to the track, jogged to 11, then had weights and lifted. Good stuff from everyone today!
