Drove out to 3 peaks wits bryan. Ran 3 50%. Felt good and the knee felt alright but getting better. I think I can up the mileage to 4 later this week for sure. I love the trails out here. 6:44 avg

Pool workout. Warmup, 2x10min, 2x5min, cooldown. Good stuff

Hey I looked at your goals and saw you have a sub 4:15 mile as your indoor goal and sub 4:00 1500m as your outdoor goal. Just fyi a 4:15 mile is faster(and longer) than a 4:00 1500m
