did 5 easy up the canyon from my house, 6:49 avg. was gonna do a sprint workout on kaseys stationary bike when i got back but it wasn't set up and i dont wanna ruin stuff so i did a plyo workout instead; did 3 sets of lateral jumps for 30sec on each leg, then 3 sets of forward/backward jumps 30sec each leg, then 2 sets of 10 box jumps. good stuff
