Ran dikes 50%, 6:49 avg. First 3 miles were a death March due to the insane cedar city wind, good stuff though, feels good to back at altitude. Might go for a light shakeout tonight, maybe get another massage.

Went to the frontage road with Kasey and Aidan for a bit of a tempo. Kept my watch running for the whole thing so idk what the splits were accurately, but it was 7 total in 46:30 ish including warmup and cooldown. Legs were absolutely thrashed and I lost focus a bit. Not bad effort though, gonna go for another 3 tonight.

Shakeout with Kasey and Bryan on park loop, 7:08 avg but closed in 5:42

Morning- 2 easy shakeout, 7:13 avg. First day of spring semester today.

Afternoon - first day of spring practice. warmup, drills form mile, then 50% on extended walmart canyon loop, 6:36 avg. Felt so great to be back with the guys. 12x100m strides after.
